Feverfew Tea: To make a feverfew tea, steep 1 teaspoon of dried feverfew leaves in 1 cup of boiling water for 10 minutes. Strain and drink 2-3 times daily to help prevent migraines or alleviate digestive issues. Do not exceed three cups per day.

Topical Feverfew: For arthritis or muscle pain relief, mix 1 tablespoon of dried feverfew leaves with 2 tablespoons of a carrier oil, such as coconut or almond oil. Apply the mixture directly to the affected area, and massage gently for a few minutes. Repeat as needed.

Feverfew Tincture: Combine 1 ounce of dried feverfew leaves with 5 ounces of high-proof alcohol (such as vodka) in a glass jar. Seal tightly and store in a cool, dark place for 2-4 weeks, shaking daily. Strain the mixture, and take 10-20 drops of the tincture up to three times a day for migraine prevention or to reduce inflammation.

Feverfew Capsules: Capsules containing dried feverfew leaves are also available as a convenient option for migraine prevention. Follow the recommended dosage on the product label, which is typically around 100-300 mg per day, taken with a meal.
